I have always felt the best way to learn, is to teach. Throughout my tenure at George Washington University, Johns Hopkins Hospital, yoga studios throughout the country, and multiple national conferences I have had lots of opportunity to learn through teaching.

I have found a deep love for attempting to understand material well enough to create a way to synthesize it in an easy and entertaining way for people to learn. I have included a few presentations that I find exemplify my teaching (and learning method).
